My “real” EF heart condition

Avoiding what hospitals say, these are my feelings and real symptoms. I can’t do better. I am between (10-20%) and (<10%). Still undiagnosed - just expressing what my feelings and conditions are. No suggested medication/no comforts that allow me to keep it stable and even rejection from hospitals - with free beds available. Completely treated like a stateless with “fake EU documents”.
