Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge an urgent complaint regarding a grave violation of my fundamental rights to privacy, dataprotection, and digital integrity. I have strong reasons to believe that my personal and digital life—including my devices, communications, and private data—have been unlawfully compromised through the use of Pegasus spyware or similar surveillance technologies.

This intrusion has affected not only my digital environment but also my physical and psychological well-being. I suspect that my devices have been targeted without my consent or legal justification, resulting in unauthorized access to sensitive personal information, private communications, and location data. Such actions constitute a serious breach of European data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and violate the principles enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

I respectfully request that European Digital Rights investigate this matter and advise me on the appropriate legal and procedural steps to take. I am prepared to provide further documentation and technical evidence to support my claims, should it be required.

I trust that your organization, which has long stood as a defender of digital freedoms and civil liberties, will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it demands. I am deeply concerned about the implications of this surveillance and seek your guidance and support in pursuing justice and accountability.
