URGENT COMPLAINT REGARDING COMPROMISED DOCUSIGN ACCOUNT AND REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT FREEZE

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally report a serious security breach involving my DocuSign account. On April 30, 2024, at approximately 4:00 PM, I became aware that my account credentials had been compromised. An unauthorized individual appears to have gained access to my account, and I am deeply concerned that they may use it to sign documents or contracts without my knowledge or consent.

Upon discovering the issue, I attempted to change my password. However, I found that the recovery system was no longer functioning properly and appears to be compromised as well, denying me access to my account and the opportunity to secure it. I have already notified DocuSign's support, but unfortunately, I have not received any response to date.

At this time, I do not know whether any documents have already been signed fraudulently, but the potential misuse of my digital signature has serious legal implications. I am therefore requesting the following: Immediate freezing or deactivation of my DocuSign account to prevent any unauthorized use.

A complete investigation into any activity that has occurred on my account since the breach.
