Urgent Appeal to UNHCR: Grant Resettlement and Protection to a Terminally Ill person

My name is Giuseppe Buonconsiglio, and I am writing this petition in a moment of grave personal urgency.
I am terminally ill, yet despite my condition, I have been denied access to appropriate medical treatment and hospice care. In addition, I have been subjected to ongoing persecution and digital surveillance that have deprived me of privacy, safety, and the possibility to live peacefully during what remains of my life.
I appeal to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and its Italian Office to urgently review my case and provide resettlement or international protection in a country where I can receive the necessary end-of-life care and humanitarian support.

This petition is not motivated by anger or politics — it is a human request for dignity, medical care, and the basic right to safety.
