STATEMENT OF DISSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PUBLICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF IMAGES/VIDEOS/PERSONAL DOCUMENTS THAT ARE PART OF MY PERSONAL SPHERE - PRIVACY - NOTICE

I, the undersigned GIUSEPPE ******************* resident in PALAZZO SAN GERVASIO Zip Code ******* - Prov: PZ in VIA NINO ********** Tel.+353 *********** E-mail: ****************@outlook.com - PEC *****************@pec.it as the RIGHT INTERESTED PARTY

WHEREAS

• That the undersigned Mr. Giuseppe Buonconsiglio owns several web/social personal profiles containing personal images, sensitive data, and information falling within the individual sphere subject to Privacy regulations.

• That for several years, despite having reported and denounced to the competent authorities, I have been receiving 24/7 spying activities regarding my private life, my devices, and definitively everything that comes in contact with yours truly.

• That the undersigned has never consented to the collection, use, or disclosure of the above.

• For several years now I have realized that such information is in the possession of persons unknown to me and to whom I have never, certainly, given any power of attorney or authorization to carry out such activities;

• That the undersigned, also concerning his precarious health situation, considers himself to be the target of espionage activities that are going to harm fundamental rights such as those related to the image (governed by Art. 10 of the Civil Code and Art. 96-97 of Law 633/1941) and confidentiality, since the disclosure of an image constitutes a form of personal data processing detrimental to the right to privacy, as protected by Legislative Decree No. 196-2003;

• That said publication is also relevant from a criminal point of view, as Article 615- bis of the Criminal Code ("unlawful interference in private life") provides that

  "anyone who, with the use of visual and sound recording instruments, unduly obtains news or images relating to private life in the home ( or another private place), shall be punished by imprisonment from six months to four years;

• That if the foregoing is published, in the subject matter, without my consent legal action will be taken in addition to compensation for damages resulting therefrom

DENY

(Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003) "code regarding the protection of personal data" (Privacy Code) - in any form and by any means whatsoever what is in the subject matter and body indicated, causing such dissent of mine to slip even in the event of my death, denying the publication and use of the same to third parties by my direct heirs (if existing at such time) or by any other party who might inherit such right indirect;

CONSENT

• The deletion of all social profiles, personal documents, photos, and videos that directly involve me Under the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 at any time you may use the right to revoke the authorization to process the material indicated above.
  

This is to be considered valid for all legal purposes.
