I, Giuseppe Buonconsiglio, make the following public declaration to safeguard my identity, personal history, and creative works.

1. Unlawful Loss of Property

   During the past year, I have been subjected to repeated incidents in which my personal belongings-including documents, photographs, legal statements, and other items-were unlawfully taken from me.

2. Prohibition of Reproduction

   I strictly forbid the reproduction, duplication, or circulation of any material connected to me. This includes, without limitation, my documents, photographs, videos, statements, and all digital content involving my person.

3. Unauthorized Use of Information

   I reject and prohibit the use of my personal information-whether digital or physical-for any purpose I have not explicitly authorized, signed, or permitted. Any use of my digital signature or copies of my documents without my consent is unlawful and invalid.

4. No Delegation of Representation

   I affirm that I have never granted or signed any form of legal representation to another person, lawyer, or professional. No individual or entity is authorized to record, photograph, write about, or otherwise represent my life or identity on my behalf.

5. Preventive and Legal Measures
   

This declaration serves as a preventive notice: any attempt to record, photograph, reproduce, or handle my personal or digital data without my explicit consent will be considered an unlawful act. I reserve the right to pursue all appropriate legal remedies against any individual or organization engaging in such unauthorized actions.
