 To avoid any kind of connection with the Italian territory or with Italian companies/companies/foundations considering also the case in which foreign foundation/company there was an Italian individual in the corporate structure, as a consequence of the fact that if I am in this current healthy condition today it is only because of envious Italian people. This is my desire. Everything I’m donating to you, have not to end in this country in every kind of form.

• To allocate all Profits/Income or any facts that may increase my wealth or lifestyle, as previously announced, ONLY to improve the health of the planet in terms of sustainability, green energy, reduction of CO2 emissions also with the use of new types of bio diesel-fuel (as in F1) and fight all kinds of rare diseases such as cancers, blood infections, autoimmune diseases and so on.

• To delegate to the CEOs of said enunciated foundations the compulsory recovery of all such sums hanging/pending on the head of this testator, illegally used for purposes unsuitable with the requirements specified herein-before the signing of this deed-and which at the present time I was unaware of.

• I declare, today, that I’m not married and I don’t have any direct descendants and in support of this, avoiding future legal proceedings, I leave a sample of my DNA - blood in the first medical structure suitable to do so and that I’ll communicate with the right tools.
