Formal Complaint Regarding Identity Obstruction

I am filing this formal complaint to highlight the total lack of accessible legal and personal information regarding my own identity (asymmetric awareness/information) due to extensive and systemic identity theft and impersonation through false signatures, copy of my IDs and especially special legal powers of attorney for extraordinary and ordinary actions never and ever provided to any lawyer, judge or authority being in a state of perfect state mental health) - occurring both digitally and physically through documented robberies—I am currently prevented from taking necessary legal actions. This includes, but is not limited to, the inability to verify or pursue presumed credits, reimbursements, and legal rights to which I am entitled.

Declaration of Thefts and Losses

I hereby declare that I have been the victim of multiple criminal incidents in various European cities and London. These incidents involved the theft of:

• Physical Identity Documents: Passport, National ID card, and other personal identification.

• Financial Tools: Credit cards and debit cards (Bancomat).

• Digital Assets: Access to digital accounts and login credentials.

• Hardware: Devices containing sensitive personal data and login information.

• Personal Effects: Various personal items and belongings.

Note: All aforementioned thefts have been previously and correctly reported to the relevant international authorities (UK Police).

Clarification of Employment and Business Status

I solemnly declare that I do not currently own, operate, or hold interest in any business (Italian or international), regardless of its legal shape or nature. I am not employed by any private or public company. My employment history since August 2023 is strictly limited to the following:

• MMT NOLEGGI SRL: Employment ended in August 2023.

• GCC7 (Malta): One-day trial period; resigned due to incompatibility. Resignation was formally communicated and accepted via email.

• Volunteer Work (London): Ten days of voluntary service at Africa Road, White City.

Since August 2023, I have held no formal employment.

Financial Summary

I declare that I have only received legitimate Italian sources of income. I have no international revenues, no foreign incomes, and no involvement in international business activities or employment.
