To Whom It May Concern,

I, Giuseppe Buonconsiglio, temporarily residing at 85026, Palazzo San Gervasio (PZ) - Italy, hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I am the rightful owner of my personal identity documents, including but not limited to my national ID card, passport, and all associated digital credentials such as email accounts, social media profiles, and online banking or government portal logins. I am currently located in Italy, resting on bed due to illness, and I have not traveled to or resided abroad since June 2025 when I came back from London, UK.

I wish to formally report and seek protection against ongoing attempts of persecution and unauthorized access to my digital data, profiles, and web accounts. These activities appear to be aimed at misusing my personal information for fraudulent purposes. Specifically:

• There have been multiple unauthorized attempts to register employment in Italy using my full

name and surname, despite my physical absence from the country and any relevant workplace. I believe these efforts are intended to impersonate me by employing someone else—or potentially no one at all—while exploiting my identity documents and credentials taking advantages of false salaries, insurances and benefits for illegal purposes

• Building on previous suspicious activities, these false employment registrations seem designed

to activate fabricated life or health insurance policies in my name. Such policies could mature benefits, including conspicuous reimbursements in the event of death, thereby enabling financial fraud or other illicit gains at my expense.
