Whatever was in your mind, it doesn't have any fundamental of truth.

How might a terminal sick guy be represented like a STAR, Celebrity or whatever you may imagine?

Short explanation of the word Star and Celebrity with my personal opinions on the legality of what's going on this garage.

STAR:

To be considered a true "star" (rather than just a working actor or athlete), a person usually possesses a combination of these three traits:

Source of fame: At its simplest, a star is a person who is preeminent, celebrated, or extremely talented in a specific field—most commonly the performing arts (movies, music, theater) or sports.

Longevity: Often has a longer, more sustainable career based on skill. Respect: Implies a level of professional respect within their industry

CELEBRITY:

Source of fame: Can be derived from anything. Including scandal, reality TV, or wealth.

Longevity: can be fleeting

Respect: Implies recognition.

A reality TV personality is a celebrity (famous for being seen). Meryl Streep or Denzel Washington are stars (famous for their craft and presence).

PERSONAL FEEDBACK AND CONSIDERATION

As clearly comphrensible from what previously written, I don't eloquently belong to both of the categories. I ain't skilled, high skilled or even never involved in industries in which I could have been excellent. The key of my complaint is based on the lack of recognition of any kind of the previous considerations. I ain't extreme talented in any field and absolutely never been good at anything. Then, the first option is clearly off.

Celebrity: I never signed and accepted, agreed any type of contract in which I accepted to be recorded, surveilled for goals not shared, illegal and against the protection of my person, rights, privacy and visibility. Whoever could ever have created something like this, it'll be legally persecuted. Based on my actual awareness, celebrity is a status that an individual acquires after an event, like those above mentioned, happens (reality, scandal or wealth). This element is essential. First the event happens and then the victim become celebrity. It's legally called RECOGNITION, IDENTIFICATION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the status. In addition, taking like example a scandal for something, it's supposed to be discussed, processed and made it public first in a Court of Justice and then posted, published on TVs. I never heard the opposite. I mean, I never could have considered the reverse. It would confirm, at this point, my thesis: an exact manipulation of my life to produce a product, public persona, influencer, freelancer, celebrity or everything similarly to it - WITHOUT A RECIPROCAL CONSENT OF IT -. Whatever the scandal, process, event might be, it requires to be legally inspected and sentenced in the Court. After that, everything may be considered legal and without limitations.

Recording, controlling and "paparazzi spying" would be legal activities if the "victim" already owns this status. Each activity executed before the status has been confirmed is considered illegal and legally persecutible. IDENTIFICATION OF THE STATUS --> LEGALITY OF RECORDINGS AND PAPARAZZI's SPYING ACTIVITIES

Considering, instead, the case of an individual under attach of criminals and theoretically, under the review of Police, Justice system and lawyers - the subject doesn't legally allow TVs to take part of this delicate and secret phase of the legal process. It would come against many articles of Constitution and international rules. Taking advantage of this particular case (clearly existing only in Italy), any suspects, involving in criminal and mafious environments MUST be, first, be legally sentenced by the Court. When the subject has been sentenced then every activities he might do, allow the Police and Justice system to keep him under control and surveillance. If the suspects are not based on facts, proofs and events he committed, everything should be considered an human right violation appelleable to the International Court of Justice. Do you feel legal, Italy ? Are you following your own written rules? Where is the sentence ? Do you have valid proofs ? Based on my case, the term of 2 years (since I was involved in) has been overtaken times ago and then, you would have no longer right to keep me under investigation.

And at the end, considering the case the most is close to my real conditions (end of life), I follow the same guidelines I mentioned in the previous considerations. Excluding a celebrity and a star hypothesis, all the rest MUST be inspected and confirmed in a Court of Justice, not surely on national, international TVs - in real time - especially generating contents, editings, replications of my personal life and digital life, videos, pictures, voice recordings, privacy violations - all at the same time - chasing the goal to generate audience, money and earnings using social medias, internet and TVs. If all this was really done, we're talking about the commitment of a series of crimes, violations that - in a legal, sane and democratic country, where justice and democracy are guaranteed - should be punished with decades of penalties over the imprisonment of the authors. Exceptionally, it would only be legally authorized in dedicated structures, centers such as hospices and end-of-life centers.
